My locker was out of order, and the maintenance team swapped it for a brand new one at no cost. Even though it was the locker that malfunctioned and not my fault, I was worried I might end up having to pay something. It's really great to have complimentary maintenance around here!

The buses from TFL are pretty hit or miss in my part of West London. I was on the lookout for a bike to get some practice and learn how to ride around the city. I tried out Tier and Human Forest for a bit, but the parking spots near my place were often vacant when I needed one, and the costs started piling up, becoming pricier than TFL for my needs.

I chose buzzbike because of their services and the app they offer. They brought the bike to me, set it up, and even shared some handy tips.

The navigation app, for all its quirks, has really boosted my confidence. You can pick a route that’s either simple or straight to the point, which helps a lot when dodging busy intersections or those crazy multi-lane roads (like in Hammersmith). It does have a few bugs here and there, but overall, I’d rate it an 8 out of 10—I've been really pleased with it.

What a terrible experience. I was super pumped about this service since it seemed like a fantastic idea, but they clearly lack the know-how to operate the business smoothly. After I decided to cancel my bike because I was moving, I scheduled a pick-up and gave them the necessary notice. But the team kept canceling and trying to reschedule the pick-up, even after I told them I was leaving the place and couldn’t take it with me. Their customer support is among the worst I've ever dealt with, and they showed zero respect for people's time. Seriously, who wants to waste days working from home and stuck in the house just for the pick-up to get called off?

Fantastic customer experience. The bikes are top-notch, and the three gears work perfectly for navigating London! The lock holder is really handy and they'll swap it out if it ever breaks. The complimentary service is really great and professional - they practically made my bike feel brand new. Highly recommend!!

I've been using BB for a couple of months now, and I can totally recommend it. The bikes are quite comfortable and super easy to ride, perfect for trips under 2 miles. The prices are reasonable, which really helps with the hassle of bike insurance in London.

When I had a problem, someone showed up in less than 48 hours and swapped out the bike; the whole thing took just about 20 minutes.
